This service offers unlimited communication via e-mail and scheduled phone conferences, including 4 face-to-face meetings (1-2 which will be at your venue). We will collaborate with you to create a unique, cohesive custom design concept for your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Each event will be a unique experience for your guests while we make sure it all flows nicely through project/inspiration boards curated based on your design cues. From the project board, we will select, source and fabricate all design components while collaborating with your vendor team.
We provide up to 14 hours of service on your wedding day and assist with wedding party, family, guests, and providers as needed. We oversee and assist with guest seating, timeline and vendor information as well as oversee all installation to ensure everything is set up according to your specifications, running on time and true to your vision. We ensure that all vendors are fulfilling their contractual duties and act as their day-of contact. We manage rental shipments and décor setup, and are prepared for any situation or emergency that may arise, so you may relax and enjoy your day like a guest.
We will assist in securing hotel stays and transportation options for your guests to arrive to and from your wedding location. With a personalized guide, we make sure your guests arrive on time and are en route to their destination in an orderly and efficient manner.
We know the industry and its main planners. We pride ourselves in working with the most talented vendors in and around NYC. We offer up to 5 vendor referrals in all categories including those with preferential rates.
We oversee contracts, overtime hours and logistics to advise you on anything we should look out for.
We provide comprehensive day-of coordination and supervision throughout the entire event with a custom wedding day timeline that has a detailed wedding itinerary with directions, parking, arrival, setup up, break down and departure times of all wedding vendors. Distribution of final payments to vendors if needed We are the project managers who handle all of the behind-the-scenes event management and troubleshooting so you don’t have to.
Each event includes 1/2 additional assistants (staffing at the sole discretion of DDE)
